A LITTLE MORE about us

As previously mentioned, Pinnacle Aire was started in 2007 and has been primarily run by two people. Below is a little more information about us.

Richard Trevino, Jr. - Owner/Technician

I was inspired to open Pinnacle Aire in 2007 after seeing my father-in-law, Benny Rivas, run his HVAC business successfully for over 35 years. I learned all I could from him and combined that with my own personal industry experience of over 20 years to create my own company.

​

I strive each day to lead Pinnacle Aire by his example and hope to honor his memory by still believing that a person's word is their honor and by placing customer service experience at the top of my priority list.

​

On a personal note, I have been married for 17 years. I have a 17 year old son whom recently graduated high school and has decided to follow in my footsteps and is currently working under my direction at Pinnacle Aire. I also have a 5 year old daughter who is in kindergarten.

Luis Ramirez - Partner/Technician

I began working with Benny Rivas Heating & A/C in 1998 after relocating to San Antonio, TX. and was drawn to the HVAC industry because of the electricity component associated with it. Previously, I was an Electrical Engineer in San Luis Potosi, Mexico and was eager to lend my expertise to Mr. Rivas. I continued to work alongside him and absorb all I could about his meticulous ways of doing things until his retirement in 2007 which is when I became partners with Richard in starting Pinnacle Aire. I have over 25 years of industry experience and look forward to providing our customers with top notch service.

On a personal note, I have been married for 22 years and have two children, a 20 year old son who is currently enrolled at UTSA and a 16 year old daughter who is in 11th grade.
